Each cabin sleeps up to four people and features comfortable beds, a folding table, a private bathroom with a toilet and shower, heating, a small kitchenette and an outdoor area with a deck.
A window into the Serra da Estrela
The large panoramic window brings the surrounding landscape into the cabin, creating the feeling of living amongst the trees and the mountains throughout the year.

Situated in the upper part of the park, the cabins have been designed for those seeking rest, contact with nature and quality time as a couple, with friends or with family.
Holidays all year round
With heating, insulation and all the essential amenities, the cabins can be enjoyed at any time of year, from the greenery of spring to the winter landscapes of the Serra.
The Wooden cabins
Our two wooden cabins, ‘Amanita’ and ‘Lepista’, are situated in the highest part of the park, amongst trees and native vegetation, with unobstructed views over the treetops and the surrounding landscape of the Serra da Estrela. Built entirely of wood, they have been designed to offer an immersive experience of nature, combining the simplicity of camping with the comfort of private accommodation. The large panoramic window brings the landscape into the cabin, allowing you to enjoy the changing seasons, the morning light or the silence of the mountain nights without leaving the cabin.
Each cabin can accommodate up to four people and features two double beds, a private bathroom with hot water, electric heating and parking next to the accommodation. Outside, a small deck with a table and chairs invites you to enjoy a meal, a book or simply the tranquillity of the mountains. The interior has been designed to make the most of every square metre, creating a cosy, functional and comfortable space all year round.
The cabins also include a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and glasses, as well as a handy folding dining table. Bed linen and towels are also provided, so you can enjoy your stay in complete comfort. Available all year round, they are an excellent choice for romantic getaways, family holidays or longer stays in the Serra da Estrela.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, the cabins are the only accommodation where pets are not permitted. If you wish to stay for longer periods, we offer special rates upon request. Please contact us for further information.
