Curral do Negro combines the tranquillity of a natural setting with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay all year round.

Reception

At reception, you will find information about the park, the Serra da Estrela, hiking trails, places of interest and activities in the region.

Accessibility

The park has camping areas and spaces for caravans suitable for visitors with reduced mobility. The reception, the bar and café, and the bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.

Café and bar

A simple and welcoming space, also open to the general public, where you can enjoy hot and cold drinks, local produce and the sunset over the mountain. During the winter months, the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere.

Leisure

In the warmer months, the swimming pool, the playground and the spacious outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing and spending time with the family.

Communal areas & electricity

The park has barbecues, bathrooms, showers, dishwashing and laundry facilities, water points, electricity (<16 A) and other facilities – such as a waste disposal point and a drinking water refill point – to support campers and caravanners.

Wi-Fi

Stay connected whenever you need to. We provide free Wi-Fi at the reception and in the bar and café, and on the terrace, allowing you to keep up with work, plan activities or simply stay in touch with family and friends.

  • CAFÉ E BAR – Um espaço simples e acolhedor durante todo o ano, aberto também ao público, onde pode desfrutar de bebidas, produtos locais e do pôr do sol no vale do Mondego.
  • RECEÇÃO E APOIO – Na receção encontrará informações sobre o parque, a Serra da Estrela, percursos pedestres, locais de interesse e atividades na região.
  • CHURRASQUEIRAS E ÁREAS COMUNS – O parque dispõe de churrasqueiras, balneários, pontos de água, eletricidade e outras infraestruturas de apoio para campistas e caravanistas.
  • PORTA DE ENTRADA PARA A SERRA – A partir do Curral do Negro é possível descobrir lagoas, praias fluviais, aldeias históricas, miradouros, percursos pedestres e alguns dos locais mais emblemáticos da Serra da Estrela.
